Shift Pattern - 40 hours per week on a Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, 16.00 to 02.30 pattern

Salary: Up to £47,000 plus bonus and pension (includes late shift premium)

In this role
You'll tackle breakdowns with confidence and carry out planned maintenance to keep our equipment performing at its best.

You'll make sure machinery is safe, reliable, and fit for purpose, supporting our Engineering Shift Leader to plan and prioritise work effectively.

You'll keep engineering records accurate, update maintenance systems, and follow correct processes when repairing or replacing parts.

You'll play a key role in identifying root causes, improving performance, reducing downtime, and sharing knowledge across teams.

You'll help us develop better preventative maintenance practices, support safety initiatives, and ensure our plant meets the highest standards.

You can do this
If you have strong electrical and mechanical skills, proven fault finding ability, and experience working with PLC controlled equipment, you'll thrive here.

If you have a recognised electrical qualifications to minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

You're systematic, adaptable, and calm under pressure.

You're a problem solver who uses evidence, logic, and initiative.

You understand engineering safety, can read technical drawings, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a tight knit team.
