We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a stable company that invests in its people and equipment.

Working on a Panama shift pattern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production through proactive maintenance, fast fault finding, and continuous improvement activities.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery

• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime

• Fault find on mechanical and/or electrical systems

• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects

• Ensure all work is completed safely and documented correctly

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Multi-skilled (mechanical or electrical bias considered)

• Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / Apprenticeship)

• Ability to work Panama shift pattern

• £48,000 salary
