We are passionate about creating custom ingredients and decorations that add a little extra magic to confectionery, ice cream, and bakery products around the world.

Whether it is a touch of indulgence or a burst of creativity, we work hand-in-hand with our customers to craft inspiring solutions that truly stand out. With seven sites across Europe, we are proud to serve both local legends and global giants in the food industry.

This role will be based at our site in Cumbernauld; the largest manufacturer of edible cake decorations and toppings in the UK, producing an extensive range for leading Grocery retailers, food manufacturers and specialist artisan bakers.

We are looking for a dedicated Multi Skilled Engineer to become an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our production facility keeps running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

As a Multi-skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining all production machinery, as well as the upkeep of our buildings and facilities. Working closely with the Engineer Manager, you will directly impact the efficiency of our production by helping to minimise downtime and support the smooth running of operations.

Main Duties

Your main responsibilities will include carrying out preventative planned maintenance tasks in accordance with agreed schedules and frequencies. You will be expected to identify and highlight any issues or areas for improvement during these maintenance procedures. Prompt response to machinery breakdowns is essential, as you will be relied upon to minimise or eliminate any production downtime. You will also maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and report your findings to management. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement of maintenance processes and systems.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in engineering or maintenance within a production environment, who brings strong technical know-how and a talent for problem-solving. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team, you'll fit right in. Good communication and a willingness to follow-and improve-our established ways of working are

highly valued.

Why Join Us?

When you join our team, you will become part of a supportive and forward-thinking environment. We offer opportunities for professional development and career progression, a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as modern facilities and a positive workplace atmosphere.
