Job Highlights:

This London-based role supports both our London and Birmingham venues, reporting directly to the UK Sales Manager as part of a dynamic, cross-venue sales team.

The primary focus is on reactive corporate event sales valued at £2.5k and above, managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry to successful event execution. You'll act as a key link between Sales and Venue Operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact events such as conferences, brand activations, workshops, and large-scale social gatherings. Working closely with Sales Managers from both venues, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue, aligning sales approaches, and delivering exceptional experiences for our corporate clients

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales journey: from lead generation and conversion through to event execution
  • Handle incoming event enquiries (primarily reactive sales) and convert them into confirmed bookings
  • Focus on delivering high-value corporate events (£2.5k+), including conferences, brand activations, workshops, and large social occasions
  • Work closely with the London and Birmingham Sales Managers, as well as local ops teams, to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, manage contracts and confirmations
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and repeat bookers
  • Support sales reporting, target tracking, and pipeline management
  • Deliver site visits for potential guests, selling the art of the possible

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years of proven successful corporate sales events experience
  • Experience at driving larger scale events such as conferences, workshops etc.
  • Industry knowledge and hospitality operations
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about sales and driving revenue
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to cultivate positive relationships, both internally and externally
  • Strong attention-to-detail, self-directed initiative, resourcefulness and drive for innovation
