Industrial Connected Talent is assisting an international manufacturing group in finding an experienced Health & Safety Manager. The role covers three UK facilities, with regular travel across Wigan, Scunthorpe and Epping, and a hands-on, practical approach to improving safety performance.

The successful candidate will lead Health & Safety Management Systems, deliver inductions and toolbox talks, and coach managers to enhance working practices while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
