Multi-Site Depot Operations Leader - Customer Focus

First Essex Buses Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager at the Chelmsford depot to lead a high performing team, drive safety and punctuality, and ensure a customer centred service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage service delivery, budgets and governance compliance across depots.

You will align operations with policy, partner with engineering, and develop staff through mentoring while maintaining strong stakeholder relations and a focus on continuous improvement.
