Multi-Site Cleaning Supervisor Flexible Hours + On-Call

Location: Barnsley & Doncaster
Pay: £15.00 per hour + Mileage Paid + Additional On-Call Allowance
Hours: Minimum of 15 per week.

BHF Cleaning Solutions is looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands on working supervisor role, supporting our teams across GP practices and commercial sites throughout Barnsley and Doncaster.

This role is ideal for someone with cleaning supervisory experience who enjoys leading by example, maintaining high standards, and supporting staff across multiple locations.

About the Role

You will work alongside our existing cleaning teams, providing holiday and sickness cover while ensuring our high standards are maintained. You will also support the Operations Manager with quality audits, staff training, and day to day supervision.

Working hours are flexible and will generally be either:

• Morning shifts: 5:00am - 8:00am, Monday to Friday
• Evening shifts: 6:00pm - 9:00pm, Monday to Friday

Additional hours may be available to provide management cover during annual leave and busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holiday and sickness cover across multiple sites.
• Work alongside cleaning staff to maintain exceptional cleaning standards.
• Carry out regular quality and KPI audits.
• Train and support new and existing members of staff.
• Ensure Health & Safety, COSHH and infection prevention procedures are followed.
• Complete site inspections and report any issues.
• Assist with arranging emergency cover when required.
• Provide management cover during annual leave.
• Participate in the on call rota (additional payment provided).

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning or cleaning supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Flexible and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle available for work use (essential).
• Willingness to travel between sites throughout Barnsley and Doncaster.
• Able to successfully pass an Enhanced DBS check.
