Multi-Channel Customer Service Agent - Glasgow

Wheatley Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Glasgow for Wheatley Solutions. The role is 35 hours per week, five days over seven, between 8.00am and 10.00pm, with both temporary and permanent options. Training will be delivered at Lipton House, Glasgow.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across phone, email, webchat and SMS, delivering a courteous, efficient service and connecting customers with the right services and support.
