The Role

We are recruiting an experienced Multi Trader for a reinstatement project in Bristol. The successful candidate will carry out a range of finishing and reinstatement works following strip out and asbestos removal works.

This role would suit someone with experience in

• Plasterboarding and skimming
• Wallpapering and decorating
• Laminate flooring and sheet vinyl installation
• Fitting skirting boards, doors and cupboards
• General multi trade reinstatement works

Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and skim new plasterboard ceilings
• Carry out decorating works, including ceilings, doors, skirting and panelling
• Hang wallpaper to a high standard
• Fit new skirting boards and architraves
• Supply and fit internal doors and cupboard doors
• Replace laminate flooring and install sheet vinyl
• Refit plinths and carry out minor carpentry works
• Complete general reinstatement and finishing works as required
• Work safely and efficiently on site
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Liaise with site management and follow instructions

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Multi Trader
• Strong plasterboarding, decorating and flooring experience
• Ability to carry out a variety of finishing and reinstatement works to a high standard
• Own tools and PPE
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
