bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a global organisation to engage an experienced MuleSoft Integration Consultant to support a key phase in a global HR transformation programme.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on MuleSoft Integration Consultant with strong experience to deliver robust integrations across SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of development and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems using MuleSoft

• Work closely with HR, IT, and architecture teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Key Skills

• Proven experience integrating SuccessFactors using MuleSoft

• Strong hands-on development and coding background

• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience working in complex, enterprise-scale environments
