37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary: Up to £52,809.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for an MSK Physiotherapist - Team Leader to join their team of staff.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• Lead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care across all relevant clinical areas.
• Maintain a specialist caseload, providing expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation planning.
• Provide line management and clinical supervision to physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students.
• Support staff development through appraisals, training, mentorship, and CPD planning.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the physiotherapy service, including staff rotas, clinic planning, and workload allocation.
• Contribute to service planning, quality improvement projects, and pathway development.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
• Significant post-registration experience, including advanced clinical and leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage physiotherapy services effectively.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organisational skills.
• Experience in supervising staff and supporting service improvement.
