MS Power Platform Support Specialist - Utrecht - 6 months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Dutch speaking Microsoft Power Platform support specialist for an initial 6 months contract with our client in the vicinity of Utrecht

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Platform Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and updating our platform, focusing on connectors, techniques, and functionalities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactive Platform Monitoring and Updates: Regularly monitor and update platform connectors, techniques, and functionalities.
• Ad-Hoc Platform Support: Provide ad-hoc support for platform incidents, tooling fixes, and custom environment setups.
• New Connector Monitoring: Monitor new connectors, evaluate their intended use, and assess their impact on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and communication.
• Connector Updates: Update existing connectors, evaluate the impact on applications and flows, and communicate changes effectively.
• Technical Management: Manage medium complexity people-built and medium/high complexity professionally developed solutions, including initial takeover.
• Second-Line Support: Offer ad-hoc second-line support to people developers, fostering growth based on the platform's successful adoption.
• Regular Coordination: Maintain regular coordination regarding platform management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in platform monitoring and support.
• Minimum of 2 of the following certifications: AZ 900 Azure Fundamentals, PL 300, PL 900 and/or PL 400 certified
• Strong technical skills in managing connectors and custom environments.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate the impact of updates on applications and flows.
• Experience in providing second-line support and managing complex technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Note: The responsibilities and scope of this role are based on the current situation and the first six months of employment. Scaling up management responsibilities may extend the initial development time.
