MS Dynamics Developer (Power Automate/Dynamics F&O)
Location: London, UK
Clearance: Must hold NATO clearance or security clearance

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Developer to support and enhance NATO's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment and Power Platform solutions. This role includes hands-on development, integration work, and involvement across the full implementation life cycle for projects that directly support NATO operations.

You will work on the development, customisation, and optimisation of D365 F&O and related Power Platform components. The position offers flexible teleworking and the opportunity to contribute to systems that play a key role in NATO's operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Customise and extend Dynamics 365 F&O using Visual Studio, LCS, UDE, and extension models.
• Develop integrations and automated workflows with Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and assess new features within the Dynamics/Power Platform ecosystem.
• Provide 3rd-line support, including performance tuning and defect resolution.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation; explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support UAT and work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O development and support.
• Proficiency in X , C, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience with REST APIs, virtual tables, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, LCS, UDE, and PPAC.
• Background in full ERP implementation life cycles.
• Strong skills in unit testing, code reviews, documentation, and solution maintainability.
• Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with stakeholders.
