MS Dynamics Consultant

An established consulting organisation in Belgium is seeking a Techno-Functional MS Dynamics CRM Consultant to support the delivery of CRM solutions for enterprise clients. This role offers a balance of functional consultancy and hands-on technical involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Dynamics CRM solutions

• Configure and customise MS Dynamics CRM to meet client needs

• Work across both functional design and technical implementation

• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders

• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation

Required Experience

• Proven experience with MS Dynamics CRM in a techno-functional role

• Strong understanding of CRM business processes

• Experience working in a consulting or project-based environment

• Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and business users

• Fluent English

• Based in Belgium or able to work locally
