Move Manager

You will be responsible for progressing sales once an offer has been agreed through to completion. You will be required to liaise with Solicitors, Estate Agents and their customers, ensuring everyone involved is frequently updated on the progress of the sales, whilst at all times maintaining an exceptional customer service experience. A minimum of 2 years sales progression experience is required.

Job Description:

• Ability to work under pressure within a target-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Identify and prospect for new business opportunities (Valuations) plus promote ancillary services such as mortgages, Survey & Conveyancing which will generate revenue & enhance the customer experience
• To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone and face-to-face contact on the databases.
• Maintain and continually update personal knowledge of new legislation affecting the residential sales market
• To fully understand and operate the Company policies and office procedures
• Undertaking other duties not specifically stated, which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility.
