Phoenix Taxis is one of the UK's most forward-thinking and sustainable transport providers. Based in Blyth, Northumberland, we operate one of the largest low-emission and electric taxi fleets in the region and are committed to keeping our vehicles safe, efficient, and on the road.

We're looking for a skilled and qualified Motor Vehicle Technician to join our in-house maintenance team, helping service and maintain a growing fleet of electric, hybrid, and traditional vehicles.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Level 3 Diploma in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) - essential
Level 3 qualification in Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System Repair and Replacement (or similar high-voltage qualification) - desirable
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Good working knowledge of electric and hybrid drivetrains is a plus
Full UK driving licence
Reliable, proactive, and committed to quality workmanship

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
