Motor Technician (Level 3)

Overview

We are seeking a minimum level 3 motor mechanic and an MOT tester to join our team with immediate effect.

The ideal candidates will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have been trained to minimum City and Guilds or IMI level 3 in light vehicle maintenance. We pay a non-bonus, no-fuss salary package which is negotiable, based on experience and hours worked.

Duties and requirements

Carry out class 4 MOT testing if you are a tester.
Conduct routine service and repairs on various brands of car and light vans.
Minimum City and Guilds, IMI or similar level 3 certificate in light vehicle maintenance and repair
Demonstrate a strong understanding of fault diagnostic procedures.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on repairs.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
A valid driver's licence will be required
