Motor Finance Admin & Customer Experience Lead

Swansway Group is seeking an Administrator for Stable Vehicle Contracts to provide essential administrative support from order to delivery. You will assist personal and business customers throughout the process and help to manage their expectations, ensuring a positive experience.

The successful candidate will manage internal order systems and liaise with Head Office and stakeholders, maintaining relationships to deliver excellent service. Experience in the motor finance industry is preferred.
