Our client is a boutique law firm in Preston. They focus on motor crimes work on a private basis and are looking for a Motor Claims NQ/Solicitor.
Job DescriptionAs a Motor Claims NQ/Solicitor your duties will include:
- Advise clients on motor crime cases, including driving offences and regulatory breaches.
- Prepare and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise with relevant authorities.
- Provide legal opinions and risk assessments related to motor crime cases.
- Keep clients informed of case progress and provide clear, concise communication.
- Contribute to the firm's legal knowledge base by sharing insights and updates.
- Assist in business development by building and maintaining client relationships.
- A successful Motor Crimes NQ/Solicitor should be a qualified solicitor. Our client is open to candidates on a re-train basis.
