Motion Designer

We're looking for a skilled Motion Designer to join a small but driven team of marketing, social media, and UX/UI professionals. This company offers the freedom and space to explore your creative edge, contribute your ideas, and develop your portfolio in a fast-moving and inspiring environment.

This is a new position, created due to growing demand for high-quality branded video and motion content. As a Motion Designer, you'll create animations, edit videos, and develop visual concepts for social media, campaigns, and more. You'll manage assets, ensure visual consistency, and collaborate with both internal creatives and external partners.

Your input matters: your concepts, your execution, your vision. It's a dynamic and versatile role with plenty of room to grow-personally and professionally.

The profile of the Motion Designer:

• Strong skills in Adobe Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent
• Experience with DTP (print and digital media design)
• Social media savvy - you know Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn inside out and can respond to trends with speed and flair
• Strong conceptual thinking - your creative ideas translate into actionable briefs
• Bonus: experience shooting photo and video content
• A proactive, independent mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team
• English speaking allowed - NO IND-sponsorship
