Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 basic salary + Time & A Half Overtime

Location: Haywards Heath

Hours: Monday - Friday (Strictly No Weekends)

• Conducting DVSA-compliant Class 4 MOT tests efficiently and accurately to the highest standards of safety and integrity.
• Performing comprehensive vehicle health checks and accurately diagnosing MOT-failing defects.
• Logging test data seamlessly onto the DVSA online system.
• Communicating clearly with the front of house service team to explain required repairs.
• Assisting with light mechanical fast fit repairs, servicing, and MOT prep work when required.

• Qualifications: Must possess a valid, current DVSA MOT Testing Licence (Class 4 minimum).
• Experience: A proven track record working as an active MOT Tester or a Technician/Tester in a professional workshop environment.
• Mindset: A reliable, honest professional with high compliance standards and a team player attitude who takes real pride in road safety.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
