Salary: £30,000 basic + Bonus (£40,000 OTE)

Location: Worthing (Close to Lancing, Shoreham, and Littlehampton)

Hours: Monday to Friday (Saturdays on a rota)

What You Will Be Doing

• Performing 8 to 10 MOT tests per day to DVSA standards.
• Conducting vehicle health checks and basic servicing where required.
• Ensuring all paperwork and technical records are completed accurately.
• Working as part of a professional team to maintain high safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Valid DVSA MOT Testing licence.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or MOT Tester.
• Ability to work efficiently to hit daily test targets.
• Professional attitude and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
