Mosaic Trainers (2 Positions)

• Contract Type: Contract (6-8 months, Outside IR35)
• Location: Hybrid (Remote planning with on-site delivery)
• Day Rate: £400 - £450 per day
• Working Days: 5 days per week

We are seeking two Mosaic Trainers, one specializing in Children and Young People and the other in Adult Social Care. These roles are crucial for the delivery and development of Mosaic training packages tailored to specific needs within the organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Develop and deliver Mosaic training sessions tailored to either Children's Services or Adult Social Care.
• Coordinate the setup and logistics of training sessions.
• Create comprehensive Mosaic training packages ranging from standard to specific modules for Children's & Adults' services.
• Upskill and train project teams to enhance their proficiency with the Mosaic system.
• Lead and participate in training sessions, presenting to senior project team members and board members as required.
• Manage time and tasks efficiently, ensuring all training objectives are met within set deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Training SME with specific expertise in Mosaic systems.
• Strong ability to deliver effective training sessions, both in-person and remotely.
• Experience in creating and coordinating training packages for either Children's Services or Adult Social Care.
• Excellent team player with a 'can-do' attitude, equally effective at solo tasks.
• Comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior management and board members.
• Ability to lead and be led in various tasks, demonstrating flexibility and leadership skills.
• Task and time-driven, with a keen focus on meeting project deadlines.
