Mosaic Application Support Specialist - Local Gov - £59,000 P/A

We are seeking a Mosaic Application Support Officer with significant experience in supporting and maintaining the Mosaic system within Local Authorities.

They are looking for someone to start soon, so ideally you'll have a short notice period or be immediately available. They are also happy to wait for people with significant experience. If you do not have Local Government experience, please do not apply.

• Extensive experience in supporting, configuring, and maintaining the Mosaic application within a Local Authority setting.

• Strong understanding of social care processes and how Mosaic supports service delivery.

• Proficiency in system administration, user support, and troubleshooting Mosaic-related issues.

• Experience in configuring workflows, forms, and reporting tools within Mosaic.

• Ability to train and support end-users in system usage and best practices.
