Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser - Nottingham

To be considered for this role, you must hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

What do you need to be good at?

• Engaging with people from all walks of life and holding conversations to establish their needs and wants.
• Holding conversations effectively through email, phone, face-to-face and via video for social channels.
• Mastering multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities and tasks.
• Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalise on opportunities while ensuring high customer service.
• Collaborating with peers to build relationships that support referral opportunities.
• Taking accountability for your KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
• Having a strong presence in front of a camera to appeal to and engage with an audience.

Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
• Maximise in branch opportunities and thrive in a challenging yet stimulating environment.
• Follow up on in branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service.

Working Hours

• This role is full-time office based.
• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00
• Day off in lieu when working a Saturday.

Conditions and Requirements

Essential qualifications and experience:

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of mortgage and protection advising.

Legal requirements:

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
• Evidence of right to work in the UK, e.g., passport or birth certificate.
• Proof of address.
• National Insurance number.
• Full UK driving licence.

Subject to passing probationary period.
