Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Location: Central London

Requirements: Must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

Skills needed:

• Excellent communication skills across various channels
• Strong multitasking and responsibility management
• Relationship maintenance with vendors, buyers, and developers
• Team collaboration for referrals and opportunities
• Proactive in seeking new opportunities and meeting KPIs
• Comfortable engaging with audiences via video

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships and generate business
• Follow up on leads and maximize value from each client
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient processes
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey

Working Hours:

• Full-time, office-based
• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00
• Day off in lieu for Saturday work

Additional Details:

Essential: CeMAP or industry equivalent, mortgage and protection advising experience.
