Morning help needed for family near Loxwood, West Sussex - September onwards. A wonderfully, easy-going family with 2 children aged 6 and 8 is looking for an enthusiastic and supportive part-time Nanny/Housekeeper to assist during term-time, Monday to Friday mornings from 7am to approximately 10am (finish time flexible).

Responsibilities

• Arrive at 7:00am to help prepare the children for their school day, ensuring they are dressed, have breakfast, and are ready for school.
• School drop-off (approximately 7:45am departure; 12 minute car journey).
• Return home after drop-off to assist with light household tasks, such as: putting on a wash; changing beds; general tidying/housekeeping (tasks can be structured across the week).
• Optional cleaning and ironing, and evening meal preparation if further hours are wanted - all can be discussed with the right person.
• Must be comfortable around a well-trained Labrador and letting him out in the garden for loo breaks.

Family and Schedule

The mum works full-time at a school as a teacher and is out 7:00am-6:00pm; the dad is an airline pilot. The family are looking for someone dependable to ensure consistency in the children's morning routine during term-time. During private school holidays, the family wouldn't need the school runs but some cleaning duties could still be continued if wanted.

• Warm, organised, and proactive
• Comfortable managing a morning routine independently
• Driver with own car, essential for school run
• Details of training: Enhanced DBS and Paediatric first aid
• Details of qualifications: Child care

Hours and Location

Location of the job: Ifold near Loxwood, West Sussex

Hours of work: 7am start; flexible finish for the right person - can be 9:30am or 10/11am with more housekeeping duties

Days required: Monday - Friday

Pay: £15+ per hour (negotiable for the right person)
