Waconia Public Schools is looking for candidates dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to explore their passions and create their success! A fast-growing school district located near the banks of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis, Waconia Public Schools serves more than 4,000 students and their families from the communities of Waconia, Victoria, Minnetrista, Saint Bonifacius, and New Germany. School District facilities include an educational services and enrichment center, area learning center, three elementary schools (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12).

Position Summary

Are you a person who likes to share their love for fitness while empowering girls to be true to themselves? More Than Pink is a home grown program that has been enriching youth lives for over 10 years. We have an opening for a fitness instructor for our 2026 summer program. To be successful in this position, the person would be able to create fun activities for girls grades 3rd-6th in order to prepare them for a lifetime of fitness and a 5k run the evening of July 31st.

Work Schedule

Mondays - Thursdays 8:00 am - 11:00am, June 1st, 2026 - July 30th, 2026 (Temporary/Seasonal) at our Bayview Elementary School

Pay Rate

The starting hourly rate is pursuant to the Miscellaneous Wage Rates Summer Enrichment Instructor wage scale, $14.92 - $17.69 per hour depending on experience.
