Moray Team Lead: Person-Centred Care & Team Coaching

Enable Scotland is seeking a Team Facilitator based primarily in Elgin, Moray, to lead a team of Personal Assistants and ensure safe, person-centred support. 39 hours per week, full UK driving licence and access to vehicle are required, with travel across Moray as needed.

You will work with the Service Manager to supervise staff, manage inductions, rota planning, and maintain accurate records while promoting inclusion and high-quality care.
