Montessori Preschool Room Leader Lead, Train & Inspire

Recruit by Nature is seeking a Room Leader (Pre-school) in Wembley, Greater London (HA9) to oversee a busy preschool room within a Montessori nursery and drive high standards of care, learning and safeguarding in line with EYFS.

You will lead a supportive team, plan engaging Montessori-based activities, complete observations and adapt learning records, while building strong relationships with families and maintaining high quality care.
