Montessori Deputy Nursery Manager - Lead & Develop

Treehouse Nursery School is hiring a Deputy Nursery Manager to work in partnership with the Nursery Manager at Grove Montessori. The role requires a strong leadership presence and a deep understanding of Montessori principles, ensuring high standards in teaching and safeguarding.

Key responsibilities include supporting curriculum quality, leading safeguarding efforts, and coaching staff development. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Level 6 qualification, a Montessori Diploma, and possess significant leadership experience in early years settings.
