Job Description
Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Monetisation Consultant to support our client in maximising revenue across digital platforms inside and outside of YouTube. This role will start as a 4-week consultancy project , with the potential to extend to 1-2 days per week for planning, optimisation, and performance review. If successful, there is scope for a full-time role as the client base grows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monetisation Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue from content distribution across platforms such as Facebook, Yahoo, MSN, and others.
  • Content Optimisation: Enhance video performance by improving thumbnails, metadata, and distribution strategies.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and implement new revenue streams beyond traditional ad revenue.
  • Consultation & Planning: Lead weekly strategy meetings (e.g., every Monday) to align on objectives and execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly review analytics, optimise strategies, and report on revenue performance.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven track record of digital monetisation across multiple platforms (inside and outside of YouTube).
  • Experience managing and growing sporting event content is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to develop and implement monetisation programmes at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimise revenue strategies.
  • Comfortable working remotely, with potential for London-based full-time role in the future.
Compensation & Terms:
  • Freelance/Consultancy Basis - 4-week project initially.
  • Day rate + potential incremental revenue share.
  • Flexible work location (remote or London-based if full-time).
  • Start Date: ASAP.
