Molecular Characterisation Scientist: Bench to Automation

Substrate is building the molecular characterisation cascade downstream of protein production and upstream of functional assays. You will manually develop QC, binding and stability readouts, then guide automation-ready workflows as the platform scales.

You will work hands-on at the lab in London, collaborating with automation and software teams, and contribute to SOP ownership and protocol development across multiple tiers of scientists.
