• Supportive team environment within a growing company The Company Abatec is recruiting on behalf of a growing manufacturer in the modular building sector, producing high-quality prefabricated units for large-scale residential and commercial developments.

The Role Due to continued growth and an expanding order book, Production Factory Operatives are required to join the team in Weston-super-Mare.

This is a physically demanding, labour-intensive role within a busy manufacturing environment, offering stable, long-term employment supported by ongoing investment in people and production capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual assembly of modular units in a factory environment
• Fibreglassing as part of the production process
• Regular manual handling and physical work
• Safe and accurate use of hand and power tools
• Assisting with general production and warehouse duties
• Strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards About You

• Confident using hand tools and basic equipment
