Model Risk & Validation Lead

We're seeking a Model Risk & Validation Lead to take ownership of internal model validation across both the Lloyd's and company markets.

While the majority of validation activity is outsourced, you'll be accountable for managing the validation plan, ensuring robust governance, and leading presentations and discussions with external validators.

Beyond internal models, you'll provide oversight across a broader suite of models, including pricing, reserving and emerging AI-driven applications, ensuring rigorous risk management and governance frameworks are consistently applied across the business.
