About the role

We are recruiting a Mobilisation Chef Manager to support a portfolio of schools. The role involves training and developing onsite chefs, providing cover across sites, and playing a key role in new site mobilisation. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week with 42 weeks per year (4 weeks holiday).

• Support training and development of onsite catering teams
• Assist with mobilisation of new contracts
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and compliance
• Provide hands on kitchen support when required

Qualifications and experience

• Previous Chef Manager experience, ideally within secondary education
• Strong craft skills, passion for food and customer service, and ability to lead by example
• Excellent organisation, flexibility, resilience, and ability to prioritise across multiple sites
