This is your chance to take full ownership across the Outer London region supporting the Cluster Manager and Store Managers to move the business forwards.

• Own the day to day running of one of our store across the London & Outer London region.
• Lead from the front with great customer experiences
• Build, coach and inspire a strong store team
• Drive sales, KPIs and profitability

• Proven retail management experience in a fast paced environment
• Strong commercial instincts and a passion for performance
• Confidence leading, motivating and developing teams
• A customer first mindset with strong selling skills
• Great organisation, communication and problem solving ability

• Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office tools
