Mobile Plant Fitter

We are currently looking for a Mobile Plant Fitter who is based from our workshop in Swadlincote, to cover sites across England and Wales. The person will be required to carry out maintenance and repairs on a variety of piling equipment and ancillaries on construction site.

• Communication skills - Must have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work individually and as part of a small team.
• Qualifications (essential) - You must hold a full UK driving licence and a Level 3 qualification in Plant Maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience - Fault-finding, maintenance and repair of heavy-duty construction plant and hydraulic systems would be ideal. Auto electrical experience would also be preferable.
• Health and Safety Awareness - Understanding of site safety and risk management principles.
• Problem-Solving Mindset - Proactive approach to identifying and resolving engineering challenges.
• Site Experience - Any prior exposure to construction sites or engineering projects.
