This role is perfect for an inspiring, adaptable, and experienced optometrist, ready to work flexibly across various locations within their network. You should have a keen interest in new technologies and innovative practices and be eager to support the recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive sight tests and eye exams

- Provide a range of clinical services including emergency eye care, paediatric care, and myopia management

- Tailor recommendations to address each patient€ s needs and preferences

- Maintain high standards of professionalism, including adherence to GOC standards

- Work in a mobile clinical capacity across various locations

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff

- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and monitor performance

- Ensure all clinical equipment is maintained and in good working order
