Our client is an established and growing Irish Facilities Management and Property Services company, providing a range of building maintenance and property management solutions across Dublin.

With a diverse portfolio of clients across hospitality and commercial environments, they deliver high-quality maintenance services and build long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join their team in a mobile role covering multiple sites throughout Dublin City Centre.

About Your New Role

As Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across a portfolio of hospitality and commercial buildings in Dublin City Centre.

Working in a mobile capacity, you will travel between various client sites, ensuring plumbing systems and building services are maintained to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, working across different environments as part of a growing Irish facilities management business.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance across multiple sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair plumbing faults and building services issues.
• Undertake general plumbing repairs, installations and maintenance works.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Carry out project works on properties when needed.
• Carry out routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports and job documentation.
• Liaise with site contacts, clients and the wider maintenance team.
• Travel between various hospitality and commercial sites throughout Dublin City Centre.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements.

What You Need

• MUST be a trade qualified Plumber.
• Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Experience working within commercial, hospitality or facilities management environments would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Well presented and client facing
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied mobile workload.
