HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading facilities management provider. The role covers Hull, Doncaster and Leeds, with a mix of planned and reactive maintenance across modern commercial sites.

You'll perform electrical PPMs, emergency lighting testing, L8 compliance inspections, fault finding on lighting, power and sockets, and minor plumbing/ fabric repairs, with a self-managed diary and strong overtime opportunities.
