Mobile Group Chef: Multi-Site Kitchen Leadership

HCL is seeking a Deputy Group Chef to lead and support mobile catering operations across Hitchin, Luton and Bedford with a head office in Welwyn Garden City. The role is 35 hours per week, term time (39 weeks per year), reporting to the Group Chef.

The successful candidate will manage staffing, training, and HR compliance, while maintaining high food safety standards and customer service. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
