Mobile Fabric Technician

PRS Recruitment is recruiting a Mobile Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance at Bexley. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Fabric Handyman currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £18 per hour with a potential temp to perm position.

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Carpentry
• Lamp changing
• Take Tap Temperatures
• Flushing
• PPM's
• Reactive maintenance
• Assist other engineers onsite as required
• Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
