Mobile Fabric & Plumbing Maintenance Engineer

Location - Mobile across London / South East

Hours - 40 hours per week

Hourly rate - £16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• General maintenance tasks (wall repairs, laying carpet tiles, replacing bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning traps)
• Basic plumbing (replacing taps, TMVs, etc.)
• Basic electrical (wiring in replacement appliances)
• Compliance tasks (tap temps, EL flick tests, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Formal plumbing qualification or any other formal qualifications relating to the role
• Able to quickly diagnose faults
• Experience in working at corporate / commercial locations in a similar role
