Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Device Test and Repair Technician to join a busy technical operations team in Harlow.

This is a hands on role focused mainly on Samsung mobile devices. You will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, repairing and refurbishing devices, as well as completing secure data cleansing where required.

The role suits someone who already has experience working with Samsung phones or similar mobile devices and enjoys fault finding, hands on repair work and working with technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing and diagnosing faults on Samsung mobile devices
• Disassembling and reassembling devices carefully and accurately
• Carrying out Samsung repairs and refurbishment work
• Confirming full functionality of devices after repair
• Completing secure data cleansing using specialist tools
• Working closely with the team to meet daily targets and turnaround times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience testing or repairing Samsung mobile devices
• Confidence using computers and mobile diagnostic software
• Good attention to detail and a careful approach to repair work
• Strong fault finding and problem solving skills
• Ability to follow set processes and quality standards
