Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Location - Mobile, East Midlands & East Anglia Area, Bedford

Hours - Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (flexibility essential based on site demand)

Maternity Cover until July 2027

Apleona is a UK provider of integrated facilities management with a client base across 520 UK sites and over 1500 employees.

Responsibilities

Ensure excellent cleaning standards across all sites, conduct regular site visits and audits, line manage cleaning operatives, maintain relationships with Regional Facilities Managers, support budgets, reporting, staff rotas and recruitment, and serve as the client focal point for compliance, audit, health & safety, and cleaning schedules. Ensure health and safety requirements are followed, including accident reporting/investigation, toolbox talks, and maintenance of statutory and non statutory records.

Qualifications

• Full, Clean Driving Licence
• Qualification in IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
• Previous experience of working within the cleaning services environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• People management ability
• Computer literate
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays
