Mobile Caretaker

About the Role

The role involves covering sites across Derbyshire on an ADHOC basis to cover annual leave and sickness, playing a key role in providing high quality caretaking services that oversee maintenance and cleanliness.

You must drive and have your own vehicle - without this your application will not be considered

Your responsibilities include:

• Carrying out day to day maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ensuring heating, lighting, and alarm systems are working properly.
• Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
• Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
• Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and a willingness to attend training courses, including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
