Mobile Assistant Cook

About the Role

Based across North Nottinghamshire, you will be working 9:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year. As a Mobile Assistant Cook, you will support catering operations across multiple sites, helping to prepare and serve nutritious meals while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with menu requirements.
• Assisting kitchen teams across multiple locations.
• Serving food and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assisting with stock control, deliveries and food storage.
• Following Health and Safety and food safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting Head of Kitchen colleagues with day to day kitchen operations.

Who are we looking for?

Previous catering experience is desirable. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A team player who can adapt to different environments. The ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. A flexible and reliable approach to work. The ability to travel between sites as required.
