Job Description
Academics Ltd is seeking dedicated MLD Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Retford's specialist provisions. You will deliver targeted, differentiated instruction and run small-group interventions, helping learners access the curriculum with confidence and patience.
You will work closely with classroom staff to adapt activities, monitor progress, and contribute to EHCP reviews while maintaining a calm, resilient approach in busy settings.
