ML Engineer, Production Retrieval & Generation Systems

AlphaLoops is building the retrieval, ranking, and generation systems that power our account briefs and client workflows in London. You'll own the model layer, ensuring reliability, traceability, and low latency in production.

Collaborating with customers and the rest of engineering, you'll design end-to-end pipelines, evaluate performance, and translate real-world feedback into model improvements. The role emphasizes governance, multi-tenant data, and a clear path to impact across our product.
